Third party disclosures may include sharing such information with non-affiliated companies that perform support services for your account or facilitate your transactions with Mt4rex, including those that provide professional, legal or accounting advice to Mt4rex.  Non-affiliated companies that assist Mt4rex in providing services to you are required to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to use your personal information only in the course of providing such services for the purposes that Mt4rex dictates and within the ambit of the applicable law.

REGULATORY DISCLOSURE

Under limited circumstances, Mt4rex may disclose your personal information to third parties as permitted by, or to comply with, applicable laws and regulations. You are not required to supply any of the personal information that we may request; however, failure to do so may result in being unable to open or maintain your account or to provide services to you. While we make every effort to ensure that all information we hold about you is accurate, complete and up to date, you can help us considerably by promptly notifying us if there are any changes to your personal information.

PERSONAL AREA AND PLATFORM PASSWORDS:

Please be advised that all passwords logging you into you client area and you trading platform SHOULD be kept in a safe location and should NOT be shared with anyone. The company holds no responsibility for your accounts shall any such information be shared to any third party. The company does NOT store any password as the passwords are automatically and electronically triggered upon opening an account. Shall you feel at any point that your passwords have been lost or stolen, please proceed immediately to changing your password, or send a request to your [email protected] and request a reset of your password.
